Janelle |
 |
|
Position:
Office Manager |
|
My
name is Janelle and I am here for each and every new patient, to help
them get scheduled, and then to work with each one to understand and
get completed any dental work that they might need. I sit down with
each new patient to review insurance and financial aspect of dental
work they need. My background was in banking prior to coming to The
Hatch Dental Group, so this area is something that I truly enjoy. I
especially like it at The Hatch Dental Group because we treat each
person as an individual and we do it in a comfortable, caring
environment. From the moment you step into our office, you will know
that your experience here will be very unique from any other dental
office you have been to.
On
a personal note, I am originally from the Baltimore area and went to
University of Maryland. I am the proud mother of 4 "teens and up" so
life can get pretty busy at times. It is a pleasure to to work for a
dental office that supports families; both for employees as well as for
patients. I hope that you experience the warmth and "family" friendly
atmosphere that I felt when I first walked through the front door.
I look forward to meeting you and being able to help you in any way that I am able. |

I
love working for The Hatch Dental Group because it is not your typical
dental office. This office is warm and inviting and makes every patient
look forward to comng back. As a hygienist, it is our job to motivate
patients with their dental hygiene and regular cleanings and because
The Hatch Dental Group is very patient focused, it makes my job easier.
This office understands the importance of good customer service, which
is reflected in the number of satisfied patients that I see and the
number of referrals that our patients send to see us too! |

Position:
Lead Hygienist/
Clinical Manager
Education:
Pennsylvania College of Technology,
Degree in Dental Hygiene |
|
As
a Registered Dental Hygienist (R.D.H.), I am dedicated to helping
patients to achieve optimal oral healthcare. I have been in the dental
field since 1995, practicing dental hygiene since 2001. Staying at the
forefront of my field has always been a high personal priority for
me. Maintaining up to date research and being knowledgeable of the
latest technologies and therapies is a priority of mine.
I
am glad that you are joining our great family of patients and I know
that you will be very happy with your experience with us. I
personally enjoy working with our doctors because of their excellent
dentistry and the high quality of care that they expect for all of our
patients.
I
enjoy working at The Hatch Dental Group because I love the amount of
time I'm allotted to treat each patient completely. I can no longer
practice without our state of the art technology or without rock and
roll playing in the background! I love the fact that our practice is
fun, friendly and relaxed environment for everyone. |

|
Position:
Dental Assistant |
|
For
the first year and a half I spent at The Hatch Dental Group I was the
receptionist and schedular, but since we've expanded and hired Dr.
Coleman full time the summer of 2006 I decided I needed a change. I'm
currently mastering dental assisting and enjoy spending quality time
with patients on an individual level and providing treatment to my
patients.
I am from Riva, MD and have lived there my whole
life. I have 4+ years of prior administration and sales experience
prior to coming to The Hatch Dental Group. I had an interest in
expanding my horizons and getting into the medical and/or dental field
and those interests landed me here. I am very excited and happy to be
where I am and look forward to sharing my enthusiasm with you.
I
love working at The Hatch Dental Group because we are a very personable
office and we treat each patient like a friend, not like a customer. I
like this office because of the amount of patients that are referring
their friends and family to us, we are growing which allows for growth
opportunities for me. I appreciate each and every one of our patients
and I look forward to meeting you!

Leslie |
|
|
|
Position:
Dental Assistant |
|
My
name is Leslie and my job is to assist the doctor in every way
possible, enabling the doctor to provide the most effective, high
quality dentistry to our patients.
I
started in dentistry when my mother, a dentist, was in need of an
assistant. She has since moved back to Maine, but I loved the dental
assistant position so I decided to continue my career with The Hatch
Dental Group. I believe working with Dr. Hatch is great because he is
very focused on getting people the help that they need and getting them
healthy.
My
purpose is to build and maintain excellent relations with our patients,
ensuring that each and every patient is well cared for, happy, and
satisfied.
I feel it is very
important to have happy patients who are completing the dental work
that they need done to become healthy, as well as patients who are well
educated about their dental health. I enjoy seeing patients happy when
they leave the office, knowing they have healthy teeth and can smile
big! |

Missy |
|
|
|
Position:
Financial Coordinator |
|
My
name is Missyand I am here to help our patients in any way concerning
our fees, financial policies, payments, and insurance issues. I
understand that this can be the hardest part and sometimes the
confusing part about your dental visit and my job is to make sure it is
as easy as possible for each and every one of our patients.
I
understand the importance of family, which is one of the best things
about The Hatch Dental Group. We pride ourselves on being a family
practice and treating each patient and staff member as if they are one
of our family.

Tammy |
 |
Position:
Hygienist
Education:
Allegany College of Maryland, Degree in Dental Hygiene |
|
I
am a dental hygienist at The Hatch Dental Group and am one of the first
people you meet when you come to our office. I originally started in
the dental field in 1995 as a Orthodontic Technician, which I liked,
however felt that I could offer more to my patients. I decided to
become a hygienist so that I could not only help patients keep their
teeth for a lifetime, I could also help to educate them on the latest
and greatest in the dental field.
Many
of you know I got married in May of 2005, but am now expecting a baby
girl in March 2006. This means I'll be out on maternity leave for 3
months, but will surely be back mid summer!
I really enjoy
working at The Hatch Dental Group because everyone here really cares
about each other and our patients, which makes me feel as if the staff
and patients here are my second family. The office is state of the art
and stands out like no other. Our office treats each patient with the
highest quality or care. I look forward to offering that same quality
to you and your family. |
